Lateness and absence procedures

Pupil Absence Notification

You are required to notify the school of any pupil absence. If you know this information in advance, please collect an Absence Notification form from the school office or see below to download a printable version of the form. If you need to take your child out of school for a medical appointment, you will need to complete a Medical Notification form.

Alternatively, it is the responsibility of the parent/carer to notify the school on the day of the absence before 9.30 am by calling 01993 842 372. Please leave a message if the call is not answered.
