The policy of the River Learning Trust is that any money owed to the school should be settled when requested. 

HOLIDAY CLUB

Payment in full must be received two weeks prior to the holiday club booking.

NURSERY

All fees for private places for the term must be settled in full by the last day of that term. No further private place bookings will be allowed until fees are settled in full.

RESIDENTIAL TRIPS

All fees for residential trips must be paid for in full by the due date given. In signing the booking form, the parent/carer agrees to pay for the full cost of their child’s place. No refunds will be given (either deposit or full fees) in the event that a child/parent or carer decides that they no longer wish to take up the place. The school reserves the right to withdraw the place on the trip if payment is not received by the date requested.

NOTE

Should arrears for any items on the account not be settled in full when requested, the school reserves the right to withdraw your child’s place and begin debt recovery proceedings.

CLUB FEES

From time to time the school may offer after-school clubs which incur a small charge to cover the cost of materials. Parents/carers must pay the fees associated with the club before the club starts on the due date given. The school reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a place at the club if fees are not settled in full when requested.

If you have difficulty paying any money owed, please contact the school office to discuss. We will endeavour to help where we can, but we ask that any concerns are raised with us as soon as you are contacted regarding the debt.
